Delivery information
There is a standard 3-5 working day dispatch time on most orders, as they are made to order. Backgammon roll orders are subject to a 5-7 working day dispatch time.
Orders are shipped from the UK. Both UK and international orders are sent using Royal Mail; options for tracked and untracked shipping are available at checkout (see below for a summary of prices). Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Orders to the US will be sent PDDP (Postal Delivery Duties Paid) as this is what Royal Mail offers.
Local pick-up is available from Newark-on-Trent; this can be selected at checkout. I will get in touch if you select this option to organise this.

Returns and cancellations
Returns are not usually accepted as most products are made to order, but please get in touch if you have any problems with your order and we can discuss a solution.
Cancellations may be possible depending on timescale; please contact me if you would like to cancel an order.
Payment
The website uses Stripe, a secure payment provider, to process all transactions. Stripe accepts all major cards including international cards.
If paying in euros, please use the currency toggle on the right hand side of the screen to view prices in euros – this will mean you are charged directly in euros and both you and I will avoid exchange fees.
If your card is in any currency other than GBP or EUR, your card provider will charge you in your local currency based on the current exchange rate.
